How much does church directory software cost?
Rolio is free for up to 25 members. The Starter plan is $19/month for up to 250 members and adds photos, dues tracking, and PDF directory export. Pro is $39/month with unlimited members and unlimited email broadcasts. Pricing is flat — never per member contacted.
Can we organize members by ministry or small group?
Yes. Create groups for ministries, committees, and small groups, then filter the directory or email a single group. Paid plans include unlimited groups.
Is our church directory private?
Private by default. You decide exactly what — if anything — is publicly visible. Contact details like phone and email stay hidden unless a member verifies themselves with a link you send.
Do members need to download an app?
No. The directory is a simple web link that works in any browser. Members never install anything or create an account.
